Why Have a Coach?

People ask me why are you a coach and not an adviser?  There are a few, but lets focus on the most practical reason.  Accountability.

I started working out with a trainer in the 9th grade.  My dad worked for Nautilus and built a small gym in our basement.  I played soccer and ran track.  I have had countless fitness coaches over the years.  Right now, I am working with @Marc Bifano.  Clearly, between my past experience, Google, You Tube and my husband the ex-body builder I really shouldn’t need to pay someone.  But I do, and here is why:

1. For that one hour my trainer’s only responsibility is me.  I like having someone dedicated to helping me reach my goals.

2.  I have pre-paid him for a number of sessions.  That is going to hold me accountable to showing up.  Once I show up for the week, I can hold myself accountable to go at least 2 more times that week.

3.  He keeps learning new things making his training more cutting edge and personalized for someone like me.

4. I actually do it.

Most of us have some idea of what to do to reach our goals,  we just need someone to get 1:1 with us.  Teaching us, cheering us on, challenging limiting beliefs, and providing the support we need to be successful.

That is what my business is for.  Helping people who either aren’t sure how to manage day-to-day finances, or know how to do it but for some reason they are not able to execute.

If that sounds like you or someone you know, let’s connect!
